Responsibilities

• Arrange Ships Parts, Ships Stores, technical services and any others required by customers to their ships worldwide.
• Obtain competitive quotes from multiple sources
• Negotiate prices/payment terms with supplier / product maker
• Check Supplier Quotation & Documents
• Prepare Quotation to Customer
• Source for supplier / product marker
• Check incoming e-mail of the customer RFQ
• Prepares request for quotation to possible maker / product supplier (Local / Overseas)
• Check & Follow up with customer any order after submission of quotation
• Check the Order sheet after received
• Prepare Order Sheet to Supplier and Delivery Order accordingly
• Follow up Supplier Invoice and prepare Invoice to Customer
• Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents
• Visit Customer when needed
• Ensure Smooth Delivery of Goods on board the ship and verify receipt of the items
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned.
