Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of airfreight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery from origin to destination.
• Oversee and preparation and execution of Master Air Waybills (MAWBs) and House Air Waybills (HAWBs) for both direct and consolidated shipments.
• Declaration of permit and other documents required.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all air freight activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including customs procedures and international trade laws.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to air freight services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices in air freight management.
• Manage billing and closing of shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all financial transactions related to air freight operations.

Requirements:

• Minimally O Level with at least one year of experience in air freight operations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
• In-depth understanding of air freight regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Operations team
• Ensure export and import Letter of Credit (LC) are timely processed/applied
• Handle LC negotiation
• Ensure shipping documentations are proper and accurate
• Ensure timely shipping tracking/delivery
• Handle and issue contracts (sales and purchase)
• Work closely with Traders, Trade Finance, Finance and other relevant departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree Holder (Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance) or any other relevant education
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Operations experience in Commodities or Shipping or Manufacturing
• Knowledge in dealing with Letters of Credit (LC) negotiation and preparation
• Knowledge in shipping documentation and terms
• Highly organized, meticulous, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills
