Primary Objective

Responsibilities for Procurement Executive

- Ensure that all Supplier queries and issues are logged and

escalated as appropriate.

- Negotiates with supplier for competitive pricing, contract terms.

- Conduct market research activities and make recommendations

for supplier selection and prepare relevant contracts.

- Co-ordinating the process of renewal or termination of

agreement with suppliers.

- Proceeding with the process of annual price-update initiatives with

suppliers.

- Contribute to the definition, formulation and implementation of

sourcing stregies based on business requirements and supply

market trends.

- Conduct all request for processes to screen, evaluate and select

suppliers.

Qualifications for Procurement Executive

- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing especially in Marketing

or Corporate Services category.

- Degree or diploma in any fields.

- Maintaining the SIP invoicing level break up.

- Knowledge of Purchasing Platform will be a plus point.

• Website and social media platform content update and content writing

• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities
