The Key Account Executive, Retail – FMCG, is part of our Sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees various aspects of the marketing function, including advertising, Public Relations, event management, liaison with agencies on concept development, creative production, and implementation.
• Manage and update content on the Company website, Facebook, and other social media platforms to ensure an effective digital presence.
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events in alignment with approved marketing plans.
• Maintain and track inventory for marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and corporate gifts.

KEY JOB PURPOSE

Account Role

- Manage full set of financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L and cash flow) for two entities.

- Manage full set of account including vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges and GL maintenance

- Perform financial operations like checking of invoice, expense claim/reimbursement from employee

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

- Fixed asset register, tracking and depreciation recordings

Import Shipping Manager

Job Description:

Coordination & Planning

1. Develop and implement import strategies and procedures

2. Co-ordinate with suppliers and third party logistics to ensure smooth import operations

3. Ensuring third party logistics clear and unstuff the import containers on time

4. Ensuring third party logistics provide unstuffing report on time

5. Monitor, track and follow up shipping schedules with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Update the shipping schedules in Navision

6. Send updated import schedule report to management and R&D team weekly

7. Update management and R&D team whenever there is a revise in vessel schedule or new shipping info

8. Monitor and ensure supplier provide the shipping documents on time for customs clearance

9. Transfer of Raw Material & Finish Product

10. To lead and manage end-to-end operational activities for transfer of raw material/finished product between warehouse and production plant.

11. Monitor and ensure claim for damage bag during transfer being submitted to insurance company or 3PL

12. Monitor and ensure sample bag being transfer promptly to 5PW for sampling after unstuffing

13. Monitor and ensure transfer activities being updated to Navision on time

14. Import shipment plan to plan monthly import shipment activities and warehouse storage allocation to drive cost saving and warehouse optimization. Ensure that warehouse is fully utilised before engaging 5PW

15. Prepare inventory aging and follow up on aged stocks, torn and sample stocks.

16. Prepare monthly inventory forecast report

Regulatory compliance

17. Ensure that all import activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, company’s Standard Operating Procedures and ISO Standards.

18. Stay updated on changes on the applicable laws and regulations.

Logistics Management

19. Oversee the transportation of goods from the point of origin to the destination

20. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Documentation and Record‐Keeping:

21. Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and documentation.

22. Ensure proper documentation is prepared for customs and regulatory agencies.

23. Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipment documentation.

Cost management

24. Develop and manage the budget for import shipping activities.

25. Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

26. Monitor and report on shipping expenses and performance

27. Verification of invoices from 3PL that related to import shipment, storage & transfer activities

Problem Resolution:

28. Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies

29. To ensure promptly feedback receive from 3PL regarding any quality issue and/or shipment issue to the suppliers

30. To submit claim and/or feedback quality issue and/or shipment issue to supplier

31. Act as a liaison between various parties involved in the import process to resolve conflicts or issues.

Team Management:

32. Supervise and provide guidance to the import shipping team.

33. Train team members on best practices, regulations, and procedures.

34. Conduct performance evaluations and manage team development. Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.

Technology and Systems Management:

35. Utilize import management software and systems to track shipments and manage documentation.

36. Stay informed about technological advancements and implement new systems or tools to improve efficiency.

Risk Management:

37. Identify and assess potential risks related to the import process.

38. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent related qualification

1.1. Broad Functions:

The primary job responsibility of the Accounts Executive is to execute the financial operations, which includes handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, preparing, and maintaining financial statements, and reconciling financial records. The officer assists in budgeting and forecasting activities to support effective financial planning and decision-making

1.2. Job Description / Responsibilities:

1.2.1. Execute the daily accounting & costing operation

1.2.1.1. Follow SOPs in established AR & AP processes and perform the required data entry.

1.2.1.2. Check through all POs, verify goods received, process invoices and make the necessary payments.

1.2.1.3. Verify and match shipment records with the system to issue tax invoices to customers and book the payment received.

1.2.1.4. Perform any manual and ad hoc adjustment instructed by the accountant on GL and Fixed asset capitalization.

1.2.1.5. Clarify and reconcile discrepancies with vendors, internal stakeholders, and banking institutions to detect out of the norm and seek approval to make adjustments.

1.2.1.6. To stand in to manually compile costing data when costing machine breakdown.

1.2.1.7. Generate audit schedule and support audit information preparation.

1.2.1.8. Support in management and auditor reporting by helping with data compilation
