The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. • Sales order fulfilment activities namely: order processing, purchasing, stock management, order tracking and monitoring of shipments, interfacing with internal departments, customers, vendors and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
• Participate in vendor management activities such as negotiation for best vendor terms, prevention of wastage, monitoring and reporting of quality & service level, etc
• Identify, implement and participate in areas of operational improvements

May be required to :

• Support role to interface with auditors on annual financial reporting
• Participate as internal ISO auditor in annual quality audit process

Job Description:

· Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's procurement needs, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise.

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, implement initiatives, and track and report on key procurement performance metrics.

· Conduct market research to source and identify new products and new suppliers.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistic or other relevant courses

· Proven 5 years and above experience in procurement or supply chain management within the Food Catering industry.

· Strong knowledge of food products, ingredients, and supply chain dynamics within the Food Catering industry.

· Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts.
• Perform monthly management reports including relevant schedules.
• Accounts Receivable functions such as ensuring prompt and accurate billings, following up with delayed/non-payments, and other irregularities.
• Accounts Payable functions such as ensuring accurate suppliers' invoices, and preparing cheque/Giro payments.
• Liaise with Bank for Fixed Deposit placement/renewal and do banking errands.
• Assist and manage monthly payroll computation and CPF submission.
• Assist in year-end IR8A tax computation and submission to government authorities.
• Work closely with HR Dept on Payroll Accounting reconciliation.
• Verify staff claims.
• Verify petty cash reimbursement report generated by admin.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare GST report quarterly.
• Assist in year-end Audit/Tax matters.
• To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, and local tax and government authorities where required
• Assist in administration duties if required.

Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing client's Trademark portfolio;
• Filing, prosecuting and maintaining trademark applications up to grant;
• Coordinating trademark filings in Asian countries, e.g. Singapore, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, etc.
• Advising on strategies, courses of action and costs to clients;
• Reviewing Examination reports and drafting response to Office Actions;
• Conducting trademark searches and providing opinion to clients

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Law / Candidates of the Certificate of Intellectual Property (GCIP) course are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with computers (should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Experience in Trademark work would be an advantage although not essential (Training will be provided)
