Qualifying Examination Management

• Coordinate the scheduling of qualifying examinations
• Liaise with faculty to arrange examination panels
• Prepare and distribute relevant documentation to all parties
• Process examination outcomes and maintain records

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Diploma in higher education, arts management, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), as well as collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom.
• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) environment.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Seek out sales prospects and increase market visibility within the area.
• Skillfully negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Investigate the primary product offerings of suppliers and evaluate their reliability.
• Work in close coordination with the sales, logistics, and testing departments to facilitate seamless operations.
