Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years of Administrative/ Accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
• Perform general office duties and upkeep of office to ensure that it is always neat and tidy.
• Assist to prepare sale quotation and invoices
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Assist in coordination with vendors
• Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)
• Keeping good records of supplier invoices and payment
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
• Assist team on project coordination if required
• Assist team on submitting permit to work application to landlord before projects commence

.Monitor and co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders for booking and shipment delivery.

• Perform booking and process documentation, as well as co-ordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities

• Monitor and co-ordinate with local customers/transporters on deliveries of cargoes

. Liaise with customers on all shipment related activities.

. Reviewing and sourcing shipment services.

. Doing inwards and outwards permit.
