Position Overview:

The Operations Executive is responsible for the overall strategic management and execution of core operational functions within the company. This includes leadership over Trip Support, Medical Evacuation Sales and Operations, Aircraft Owner Accounts, Crew Logistics, and the coordination of suppliers and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Management of Trip Support Functions

• Oversee the planning and coordination of flight operations, including route planning, overflight permits, ground handling, and fuelling.

Medical Evacuation Sales and Operations

Management of Aircraft Owner Accounts

• Conduct regular reviews of aircraft maintenance status and liaise with technical teams for upkeep and service.

Executive Coordination and Vendor Management

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure service continuity and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the procurement process and ensure it aligns with company standards and budget constraints.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with international and domestic aviation safety regulations.

• Implement and monitor a robust safety management system (SMS) across all operations.

Budget and Cost Control

Team Leadership and Development
