• Oversee and maintain facilities at the club by collaborating with contractors and vendors in adherence to all rules and regulations.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance is completed to meet required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and contractor performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
• Gather and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain proper administration and documentation to support all maintenance activities and projects.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, oversee necessary certifications and permits, and maintain records for all facilities.
• Assist in the conduct of fire drills and tabletop exercises, ensure security and respond promptly to alarms and facility issues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Facilities Management would be added advantage.
• Diploma in Facilities Management or related qualifications such as facilities, project management and construction management.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse / Inventory

• Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts/audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Procure & support in processing incoming and outgoing orders.
• Prepare and maintain receiving and outgoing documentation.

Machine Management (Backend System)

• Assign driver stocks based on stocks levels per machine
• Machine tagging, setting up of virtual products shelf.

Role Overview:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring full compliance with SFRS, corporate tax regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, including comprehensive analysis and commentary on significant variances.
• Develop and provide monthly audit schedules and support both internal and external audit processes by addressing any audit-related inquiries.
• Manage the preparation and submission of corporate tax filings for the various entities, collaborating with tax agents to file annual returns.
• Address tax-related queries and manage tax audits as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all financial reporting and corporate tax filing requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA (or an equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full set of accounts, with a strong background in financial closing/reporting and audit/taxation.
• Working experience in a Charity organization will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of SFRS, Singapore tax laws, and IPC requirements.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, effective team player, and results-driven.
