Job Responsibilities

• You are required to assist Manager to develop sales strategies to marketing the products such as oils and fats, dairy products products produced by the company.
• You will be responsible to maintain good customer relationships with existing customers and identify potential customer and develop new customer base.
• You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of cargo.

Job Requirements

• Possess qualification of Degree in MBA / Marketing / Business Administration
• Experience in trading/distribution of specialty fats, bakery and/or dairy products
• Ability to converse in French is preferrable for this role as part of the responsibility to communicate with French speaking clients
• At least 1 – 2 years relevant export sales experience
• Willing to travel

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Processing of Daily Orders

* liaise with QA Dept. on Customer’s specifications

* liaise with respective Production facilities’ planners on Customer’s order and

delivery schedules

* communicate/co-ordinate with customers, branch CS and Sales

* daily order entries

2. Preparation of Delivery/Shipment Documentations

* liaise with delivery drivers/freight forwarders on delivery/shipping matters

* liaise with Production Facility Packing on daily shipments

* booking of flights and preparation of shipping documents

3. Follow-up on Customer’s Complaints

* co-ordinate with customer on rejected goods issue

* preparation of Customer’s Complaint Form, replacement/refund arrangements

4. Follow-up with customers on spools, cases and antistatic boxes return

5. Follow-up/Update of Monthly Overdue payment

6. Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock

Reconciliation

7. Co-ordinate between TKSG and overseas Branches on Credit Application/Renewal

6. General clerical duties, including e-filing, compilation of reports as and when required

7. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

Additional Skills

8. Good interpersonal communication skill and team work

9. Good at mathematics and calculations of prices

10. Able to speak mandarin for easy communication with production facilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the development and execution of Strategic and Integrated Communications to strengthen visibility, awareness and understanding of MINDS, and to spread the narrative of inclusion, empowerment and advocacy for PWIDs.

Corporate Communications:

• Generate ideas to elevate the brand while providing assistance to entities to ensure compliance of branding guidelines
• Facilitate and/or review external partners' requests for collaboration and publicity materials with mention of MINDS.
• Produce corporate publications including but not limited to corporate brochures, annual reports, newsletters and videos and ensure any necessary information is circulated to MINDS staff in a timely manner.

Events & Initiatives

• Develop and execute public education initiatives to raise public awareness of MINDS mission and service offerings, house brand products, through events, presentations, tours, exhibitions etc.
• Identify event and content partnership opportunities.
• Obtain stories from MINDS entities.

Media Management

• Manage publicity for corporate events, including writing press releases, updating media materials and on-site media management
• Manage media queries and requests, including drafting media statements and responses
• Cultivate good relationships with the media and influencers to build goodwill.

Social Media and Influence

• Initiate and expand MINDS social media influence and engagement, through new channels, content creation, etc.
• Ensure MINDS' social media platforms are maintained and maximised for engagement and storytelling, through development of social media content calendar, etc
• Manage social media analysis and measurement of outreach success/outcomes.

Website Management

• Manage website content on WordPress, ensuring information relayed to the public is updated and accurate. Tasks including but not limited to creation of new pages, update existing pages/content, copy editing.

• Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ or relevant subjects

• At least 2 years of work experience in communications, marketing, content creation; with good grasp of written, editorial and oral communications
