In a nutshell:

The incumbent need to have hand-on experience as an electrician technician, you are accountable for handling & executing Electrical related works for preventive, corrective, reactive maintenance and attend to ad-hoc jobs by immediate direct or Management.

Job Responsibilities:

Pre-plan and prioritize works for the task given.

As a Maintenance Technician, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.

Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.

Experience in a Building Electrical Shutdown (annual/planned) and unplanned at PUB plants.

Awareness in general electrical hazards & safety knowledge

Proactive routine services, repairs, replace of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints.

Inspect and maintain site electrical equipment.

Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectification.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

Liaising and co-ordinating with site personnel, third party and external contractor.

Ad-hoc assignment(s).

Job Requirements:

- NITEC or equivalent in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience in maintenance & electrical construction industry.

- Registered Licensed Electrical Worker (Grade 7) with Singapore Energy Market Authority (EMA)
- Able to work in PUB setting.

• Diagnose, repair or install new or modified equipment at customer facilities
• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical issues

• No experience required, training is provided
