Job Description:
1. Perform day-to-day administrative duties and maintain all the project files
2. Responsible for procurement of construction material and hardware
3. Handle all general admin tasks such as manage the Whatsapp group chat, backup data/document, purchase of stationery, office maintenance matters, check employees’ attendance records are tally with the time management system
4. Provide clerical & administrative supports to the project team
5. Perform and maintain an efficient and systematic control of all records to enable fast and intuitive retrieval of electronic/hardcopy record
6. Maintain and ensure all the records are up-to-date
7. Update and maintain accurate database of stock control records
8. Prepare project reports and submit to the customers on time
9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Diploma in any discipline
2. At least 2 years’ experience in construction industry
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Able to communicate proficiently in English
5. Excellent interpersonal communication ability
6. Possess positive attitude towards work and team oriented
7. Able to multi-tasks
8. Able to work independently
