Detailed breakdown of their responsibilities shall be as below and but not limited to:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Work Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all activities related to the installation of ACMV systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project timeline.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure that manpower, materials, and equipment are available as per project needs and schedules.
• Coordination with Contractors: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the installation process to ensure timely delivery and work execution.

2. Site Supervision

• Permit Application: Apply Permit to Work (PTW) and other necessary permit such as Work at height, hot work, confined space, etc via main con NOVADE application platform.

8. Coordination of Multiple Trades

• Interfacing with Other Trades: Coordinate with other trade contractors (electrical, plumbing, civil) to ensure smooth progress and avoid conflicts between work activities.
• Sequencing Work: Ensure that ACMV installation is sequenced properly in relation to other trades and that all work is integrated effectively within the overall project.

9. Cost Control

• Material Management: Monitor material usage and inventory to avoid wastage and overstocking.

10. Post-Installation Support

• System Handover: Participate in the handover process, ensuring all necessary documentation and manuals are provided to the client.

Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.

Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.

Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.

Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.

Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.

Cooperating and communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Performing overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reporting regularly on project status.

Any ad hoc duty will be assigned.

• Working Hours: 5 days, rotating shifts (10 AM-6 PM or 1 PM-9 PM based on class schedule); 5.5 days during probation
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3500 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, and manage inquiries received via phone and email.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all customer inquiries through effective communication and coordination.
• Handle the processing of class registrations, invoicing, and issuance of payment receipts.
• Maintain communication with existing customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to coordinate services.
• Carry out various administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate inspection report, Certificate of Compliance (COC) and other relevant documents required for shipping
• Prepare inspection, Frist Article inspection report, other QC reports as specified in the quality plan
• Convert raw files to PDF format; scan files and electronically store into various databases
• Coordinate with production supervisors whenever product quality out of specification
• Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level & above
• Knowlege in basic computer skills
• Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.
• Will provided with Training
• Able to commit for a period of at least 6 months
• Working Location: Ubi area
