Responsible to lead, manage, train and mentor the General workers, prioritize and delegate responsibilities, and interact with the Supervisors, Engineers, and Project Manager to ensure the construction jobs are completed efficiently, accurately and on-time.

Oversee the construction site and monitor activities at worksites ensure meeting safety practices and compliance, quality control, work schedule and progress.

Work closely with Safety team to ensure health and safety codes are observed, housekeeping, site inspection and coordination.

Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, clients, consultant, and engineer on construction requirement.

1. Work closely with site team to develop detailed project schedules, monitor materials on site to ensure the appropriate material is available to meet the construction progress;

2. Strict control of incoming materials, notify the purchaser/ manufacturer if the materials do not meet the requirements and replace them in time. Supervise the construction works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan;

6. Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage;

7. Plan, supervise and guidance a team of construction workers/sub-contractors.

8. To arrange tool box meeting in the morning and brief workers their task for the day, quality of work, environment safety and health matters according to the standard. To involve in daily discussion with workers.

9. Ensure workers attendance records, disciplinary, performance, attitude, and health being.

10. To resolve disputes and problems of the workers in the team and report to the superior in time; assist the company to deal with other related issues of workers in this team.
