What You Will Do

• Maintain and support wafer test equipment or metrology tool readiness in the fab
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of wafer test equipment
• Troubleshoot and upgrade of equipment ensuring minimize downtime
• Analyze and monitor technical charts
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipments and other properties
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
• Tool types: KLA, AMAT, ONTO, or Unity

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering, preferably in a wafer fab / Electronics / Electrical industry
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
• Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)

Introduction :

Development of FET device models for advanced RF/mmW design applications such as RF/mmW PA and LNA.

Job Description:

• Development of RF/mmW FET transistor model using industry standard models, e.g., BSIM.
• Support characterization and data analysis for FET device at DC and RF/mmW frequency range.
• Work with fab device team to interpret DC/RF characteristics and debug device issues.
• Perform RF/mmW simulation and prepare model-hardware correlation (MHC) report.
• Participate in customer engagement discussion and circuit issue de-bugging.

Required Qualifications:

• BS, MS or PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• BS with 5 years of experience, MS with 2 years of experience, PhD with 0 year of experience.
• Experience in DC/RF/mmW device modeling (ADS, ICCAP, Cadence Virtuoso, etc.), RC parasitic extraction tools, device layout CAD tools, and DC/RF/mmW device/circuit characterizations would be preferred. Having RF/mmW circuit designs experience would be an added advantage.
• Project management skills, i.e., ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter.
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering
