Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government Regulatory Agencies
Reviews reports to analyze projections of budget expenses
Set strategic financial objective, developing and implementing policies and procedures
SGX reporting, merger and acquisition activities and ad-hoc projects
Manage and provide overall supervision to the Finance department
Implement sound internal control procedures in the organization
Provides strategic consultation including financial analysis on projects, cost identification and allocation and revenue and expense analysis of operations
Requirements:
Qualified CPA with at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or its equivalent
Must have relevant working experience and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
Awareness of legal and statutory requirements on tax and accounting matters
Must be well versed with relevant authorities’ requirement and compliance
Meticulous with strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure with tight schedule
High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
