Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure needs to implement new and manage existing ICT systems
• Facilitate project activities for a smooth rollout and operations of the systems
• Oversee the change process for system deployment, operations and managing other suppliers
• Manage infrastructure development and maintenance issues with users and other suppliers

Requirements

• Degree in computer science/computer engineering or other relevant ICT disciplines

• Technical services delivery and management related certification, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT (COMIT), or equivalent

Job Description

· Creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

· Ensure monthly bank reconciliations are done properly.

· Co ordinate with the banks for LC / Trade finance related queries.
