Leads people who are responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. •Accountable for the project management of schedule, cost management and risk control for US Expansion – highly complex (US regulatory requirements and 3rd party partners who are not experts in Semi-Con Manufacturing).

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
• Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 15 years working experience consist of 10 years of experience in base build, Tool Install, Progressive Build Experience in greenfield and brownfield settings
• Off-site manufacturing expertise (OSM)
• Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., CMP, FMDP)
• Experience as a construction project management in EPCM project.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis

• Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• The Contracts Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Review external providers (i.e vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables.
• Provides contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion and hand-over,
• Provides support to the Quantity Surveyor team in the project, monitoring, reporting, planning and coordinating all aspects of their work.
• Proactively engages in continuous improvement and review of existing processes, systems and policies that may support the project’s contract management and administration.
• Advises on all contractual correspondence related to the project, considering commercial impact
• Identify, assess and manage / advise on contractual risk
