RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager/Senior Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function to ensure the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Job Duties

• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
• Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
• Any ad-hoic duties as assigned.

KEY MISSIONS

● Be responsible for leading the retail team to achieve the assigned sales goals for the store and for each individual

• KPI 1: Lead the identification and resolution of revenue challenges affecting the RevPAR Index for the Worldwide Hotel portfolio, ensuring strategies are promptly adjusted.
