Position Requirements:

- Able to understand basis construction and technical drawings, specification and requirements in Repainting industry

• Organising and managing project teams, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specific tasks
• Ensuring that all costs are within budget and working with team members to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Communicating with clients throughout teh project to ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
• Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that tasks are completed on time
• Evaluating project risks and making recommendations for mitigation of identified risks
• Providing regular progress reports to clients on the status of projects
• Managing the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they are completed on time and withi budget
• Communicating with architects, engineers, contrcators, subcontractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project
• Ensuring that all project documentation is completed according to company standards and laws

Responsibilities:

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
• Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues

Requirements:

• Experience in aluminium working sector and manufacturing
• Able to lead team members on production and installation
• Have experience in working machineries
• Able to read technical and installation drawings
• Ensure products and install quality
• Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower
• Implementation production processes and maximize efficiency and reduce production waste
• Implementing continuous process improvements
• Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost
• Provide training staff for new production teams
• Working hours & days: 6 days work per week 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• Working location - Ubi.

Job Description

• Manage, control and coordinate of all production processes to ensure food products are produced to meet the quality standards
• Review, investigate, resolve and identify the root cause of any problems which may be causing nonconforming products thereby maintaining quality standards
• Evaluate operating procedures and ensure system are implemented to control overall quality of product, to meet customer’s requirements
• Develop strategies to improve product quality, ensure the products are produced within standard of quality.
• Review, investigate and resolve any processes lapses, quality issues and external complaints timely
• Establish a “Food Safety “culture and ensure that it is communication to the operation team for compliance
• Ensure that the production, warehouse and logistic area is kept clean and in auditable at all time
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure equipment preventive and corrective maintenance is in excellent condition to ensure food safety measures are in place.

Requirements

• Experience in handling ISO 22000 and HACCP and has some knowledge in FSSC 22000
• Good Knowledge in food labelling regulatory requirement
• Familiar with food regulations for product development in S.E.A. counties and oversea countries
• Familiar with Halal legal requirement
• Process good leadership skill, excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• At least 10 years experience in Food Manufacturing industry
