4. Client & Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
   Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
   Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication, updates, and handling any complaints or concerns.
   
5. Compliance & Safety:Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental laws.
   Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
   Ensure the company adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements for all projects.
   
6. Business Development & Growth:Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand the company’s project portfolio.
   Work with the marketing team to identify and bid on new projects.
   Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.
   
7. Team Development & HR:Lead recruitment, training, and development programs to ensure the company has skilled personnel to execute projects successfully.
   Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
   

Key Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
   Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar.
   Strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and resource management.
   
2. Skills & Competencies:Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
   Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.

Main responsibilities

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:
