Job Descriptions:
- Carry out general site office administrative duties.
- Arrange logistics and transportation
- Manage the timesheet and reports to HQ on submission of timesheet promptly.
- Liaise with HR on all matters pertaining to employees welfare and benefits.
- Work closely with Manager on site activity.
- Willingness to learn and support site site activity.
- Manage site office administration matters
- Assist manager to liaise with clients.
- Handle workers matters such as uniform, safety shoes, safety training etc.
- Ensure workers compliance with in-house rules and regulation
- Check TMIS system for work on weekend, public holiday etc.
- Ensure proper time recording etc.
- Ensure workers attend to safety training, and arrange passes.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Jurong Island and able to start within short notice.
- Min. 2 or more years of general administrative function.
- Related experience in handling timesheet and workers matters.
- Patience and diligence.
