Job Purpose

• Ensure the digital network connectivity reliable and well maintained, as well as support on connectivity needs for new project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the site cable book
• Manage data center connectivity technical information & inventory
• Support on local hosting space management (server rooms, IT technical rooms)
• Support on the VLAN / IP address management
• Execute connectivity changes (change port, VLAN, etc.) following the change management process
• Support on technical support, troubleshooting, working with global network team
• Manage network connectivity needs for new project

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders to identify & understand the requirements of software systems
  Plan and participate in product conceptualization sessions with stakeholders for eliciting requirements.

• For smaller projects, double hat as Product Manager with the following responsibilities
  Create project status reports and other communication materials.

  Issue escalation to the right people in a timely manner.
  Maintain and continuously refine the Product Backlog.
  Maintain the Project RAID Log and follow up on action items.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• More than 2 years of business analyst experience in software development projects
• Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation
• Good written and verbal communication, including minute taking and technical writing skills
• Possess business case and user-stories development skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Agile project methodology (Scrum / Extreme Programming) and UX development environment will be an added advantage
• Experience with focus group and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq will be an added advantage
• Experience with BPM modeling techniques and methods will be an added advantage
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional will be an added advantaage

Profile expectation

– ISCA qualification/certification

– At least 5 – 8 years of proven tax experience

– Strong research and technical skills with experience covering a broad range of tax matters.

– Experience with international transfer pricing dealings, leading complex and cross-functional projects.

– Conversant with the Tax Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements

– Good knowledge of processes and electronic filing requirements of IRAS

– Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skill.

– Ability to perform under tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision

– Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
