Job Description

• Reports to the Project Manager or Assistance Project Manager
• In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation.
• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
• Ensure safety regulations are complied with.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years’ of site management experience

Responsibilities:

• Create solutions to complex technical problems in life science, Power, water treatment, chemical and petro-chemical, shipyard and oil and gas plants.
• Do field/ bench Calibration of measuring instruments like Pressure, Temperature, Flow, radar level, analyzer, wireless and collect data
• Calculate calibration range, mA, Freq, required output and accuracy before doing calibration and record the result during calibration
• Analyze and compile technical and statistical information and prepare report
• Maintain accurate engineering documents

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree equivalent in Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same field
• Valid Singapore driving License is preferred
• Knowledge relating to Mechanical and Measuring Instruments
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skill in English
• Technical report writing and able to read the schematic diagrams
• Willing to work at island wide customer sites

• To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
• Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
• Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
• Keep track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to Senior Engineer/ Project Manager
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Scheduling materials and equipment purchases and deliveries
• Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection
• Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progression report

An Electrical Engineering background to design Solar PV system, including prepration of Auto CAD drawings,SLD, STR, LPS and other related drwings. Must be independent and able to execute project alone. Must have minimum experience of Solar projects execution. Well versed with Electrical connections, Including Inverter, PVACDB
