About the Role

As the Academy Manager, you will be part of a lean but effective team of three full-time team members with the opportunity to hire one more operation executive based in Singapore or Johor. We work on a hybrid basis with two on-site work days a week. Salary range is indicative and include estimated commissions.

Requirements:

• Multi-stakeholder engagement and account/project management experience of at least 3 years
• Prior people manager experience of at least 3 years
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (additional language proficiency a bonus)
• Familiarity with technical topics like design thinking, user experience and product management
• Familiarity with how partnership works to drive value creation and trust
• Consultative selling with high EQ
• Problem Solving and Inference skills is a must
• Able to work independently
• Prior experience in the education industry or technology sector is highly desired

The candidate will be involved in:

• Driving revenue and commercial targets, including through our B2B corporate clients, partners and demand generation activities (e.g. events and trade shows) (60% of the time)
• Leading and coaching our operations, sales and marketing team depending on need (15% of the time)
• Planning and driving strategic initiatives (15% of the time)
• P&L admin management and reporting (10% of the time)
