Job Responsibilities

1. To ensure staff follow their job description and code of conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Look into the company’s BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring and workflow to meet the project.
• Work closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues. Assist project teams and design teams with BIM implementation
• Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
• Set guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders and monitor its progress

• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.

1. Manages group room enquiries (10 or more rooms / people) and related functions, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.
