Technical Project Manager (PEGA)
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of minimum 2-3 applications, good client communication skills, stakeholder management ability. Have good technical knowledge in Pega with the ability to take Architectural decisions and solutioning. Additionally, domain experience in Airlines is good to have. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving techno-functional excellence and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Managing the overall project delivery and ensure delivery schedule is adhered
. Have more thank 8+ years experience in similar capacity
· Prepare delivery schedule, effort and cost based on the client requirements and provide walkthrough to the client on the same
· Project Manager will be liable to achieve client sign-off on schedule, effort and cost presented
· Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders
· Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks
· Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
· Tracks and manages product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task break-down
· Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
· Responsible to provide architectural solutions and do hands on with the team members to deliver technical requirement in Pega.

Certification(s) Required: CSSA, PMP, Scrum Master, Good to have CLSA
