The role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving Love, Bonito’s global social strategy. You will play a key role in supercharging the brand’s social growth across key global social media platforms such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more through thoughtful and refreshing content and storytelling. D Education & Equipping

• Conduct regular parent engagement sessions to enhance caregivers' knowledge, skills and parenting capacity based on the KidSTART curriculum.

• Upkeep and maintain all required administrative documentations including case notes.

Bachelors Degree in Social Science / Social Work or equivalent. Those without Social Service Qualification will be taken in as Executive (Social Work)

Experience in working with families, case mgt, assessment writing is important

Agility in adapting to changes and the rigours of a home visitation model

Speak atleast basic level Mandarin to cater to Mandarin speaking clients a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Undertake social casework and provide individual and family counselling as a member of the rehabilitation team.

2. Network with other agencies or community groups to obtain resources to meet the needs of the clients and their family members.

3. Participate in caregivers’ training and support work activities and public education.

4. Provide administrative support to the department.

5. Undertake any duties as assigned by staff-in-charge

REQUIREMENTS:

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from a Recognized University

· Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a Social Worker or fresh graduate.

· For fresh graduate, to apply for accreditation with Singapore Association of Social Workers for professional practice within 12 months of graduation.

· Listening and Communication skills, Counseling skills and Organizational skills.

Has empathy and a sense of compassion.

Be able to advocate for clients and caregivers.

Skills to do simple assessment of family needs.

Skills to collaborate and network with internal and external recourses.
