Description:

-Executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.

-The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.

Job Requirements:

· Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
· Optimize web pages such as the homepage, landing pages, product pages (on-page SEO) in terms of improving content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings
· Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile etc)
· Conduct regular technical SEO audits and *generate report* and work with the web development team to fix technical website issues
· Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, new SEO tools and best white hat practices.
· Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
· Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
· Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
· Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
· Manage digital advertising campaigns.
· Diploma/Degree or professional certification in either Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication
· SEO Certification and/or experience in SEO is preferred
· Flair in strong creative design and copywriting skills is a plus

Fully responsible for the day to day operation of building.

Coordinate all maintenacne and administrative staff assigned to the building.

Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidary proprietors.

Coordinate personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.

Ensure all contract works / rountine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.

Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.

Co-ordinate council meetings and general meeetings.

   Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage procurement processes to ensure optimal stock availability.
   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
   
2. Guest Experience:Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
   Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
   Develop initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
   
3. Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
   Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback for growth.
   Schedule and manage staffing levels to ensure efficient operations while controlling labor costs.
   
4. Financial Management:Prepare and manage budgets for F&B operations, ensuring cost control and profitability.
   Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins, and implement strategies to meet financial goals.
   Optimize menu pricing and offerings to maximize profitability.
   
5. Marketing and Sales:Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
   Identify and implement opportunities to increase revenue, such as special events or seasonal offerings.
   Stay updated on market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
   
6. Strategic Planning:Develop and execute long-term plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
   Implement sustainability practices to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of financial management and performance metrics.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using F&B management software and tools is an advantage.
