Job Scope

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
• Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.
• Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.

You will play a key role in supporting the monthly manpower report, grant management, grant utilisation and financial planning of ISCE2. 1. Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans

a. Key responsibility is to drive profitability and revenue
