Job Summary:

The Social Work Associate (SWA) will work with the Casework Manager (CM) to assist in providing interventions and programmes and performing community development work. Assist in coordinating case and group work, and community development activities. The candidate will also support community events and perform administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Casework Management

· Reach out to collect information and conduct assessment of resident's basic needs.

· Coordinate, implement and follow up on case plans and aftercare plans for residents.
