Senior Software Engineers at Schonfeld take on a wide range of responsibilities and challenges. They develop, deploy and support existing applications as well as new features and platforms. You will participate in an Agile framework, continuously improving and expanding platform capabilities based on rapidly changing business requirements as well as providing Level 3 support across the globe. You will contribute to a highly supportable, future-ready, performant code base that operates without latency. You will work with a modern tech stack – building microservices that deploy to the cloud (AWS/EKS). The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to solve problems and an interest in continuous improvement and learning.

• Experience in financial services
• 5+ years of Java development
• Experience with design and architecture (microservices experience preferred)
• Experience leading strategic technical initiatives from start to finish
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka preferred)

Job Responsibilities :

The main area of work would cover

• Design, coordinate, and execute synthetic and unit test cases and scenarios for RazerID Web

• Coordinating with automated test engineers

• Work closely with web developer to design and/or refine automated test scenarios

The intern will gain exposure in

Pre-Requisites :

Your role includes:

• Providing and implementing QA test plan for the company. Being the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating resource
• Creating test scripts for automated execution based on user stories and test cases. This includes defining and evolution of test plans, cases, matrix and execution results analysis.
• Managing the off-shore resources, assigning of work and coordinating resources for testing/QA projects
