• Liaise with external vendors for any related hardware/software maintenance and services.
• Perform Installation/Configuration/Monitoring/Patching/Upgrades of servers, operating systems, databases and other system related software.
• Ensure all vulnerabilities are patched on a timely basis.
• Perform disaster recovery testing.
• Manage cloud resources and integration.
• Responsible in implementing network and systems security hardening in compliance to security baseline.
• Manage AWS resources network traffic using security groups.
• Administer SDDC NSX of VMware Cloud on AWS.

IT Governance and Documentation

• Regular review of infrastructure policies, procedures, security hardening and system documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manage and account for all IT assets and licenses.

Project Management

• Undertake infrastructure and cyber security related projects as assigned by reporting manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching, Linux, SAN storage, Firewall/VPN and AWS/Azure cloud.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory, VMware ESX/vSphere/vCentre, Internet proxies, Anti-virus and security principles.
• Knowledge of applicable IT security, confidentiality and data privacy practices.
• Experience in setting policies, procedures, network software and hardware standards and documentation standards.
• CCNA/CCNP/MCSE or equivalent certification will be advantageous.
• Possess good project management qualities and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills with initiative and self-motivation.
• Knowledge with network and systems security hardening benchmarks.
