· Technically sound and consistently designed and delivered to client’s project requirements

· Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimates and schedules for project assigned.

· Assist Professional Engineer in management of preparation, liaison, and follow up with authority submission and approval.

· Liaison with client, architects, QS and other project consultants throughout the duration of projects.

· Supervise and guide employees assigned to the projects

· Role as project manager

· Implementation of QA/ QC

· Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic with more than 5 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice on Building Services projects

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board with more than 3 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice on Building Services projects.

· Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage.

· Strong project technical knowledge and design softwares

· Good supervision and project management skills

· Excellent with local codes and authority submission procedures
