Job Overview:

As a Cryptographic Engineer, you will function as the technical interface between R&D and the customers. You will engage with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, work with R&D to scope and test the product, and maintain our delivery channel to distribute the product.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Understand and articulate customers’ requirements to internal pQCee teams

· Work with R&D team to build and deliver the product in accordance with the roadmap

Skill sets and Qualifications:

· At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.

· Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jira, Github to build a delivery channel for customers

· Strong software engineering background with proficiency in C, Rust, Java, WebAssembly and/or Javascript.

· Able to build, compile and use utilities and cryptographic APIs such as PKCS#11, PKCS#7 and OpenSSL.

· Good working knowledge of public key cryptography, certification authorities, X.509 certificates, and digital signing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support onsite / offsite.

• Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward

• Manage and respond to users on timely manner.

• Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries

Skills/Requirement

Requirements:

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Hands-on experience in IT Operations/Production support L2/L3.

• Experience in ITIL process and tools like Splunk, Control-M is a plus.

• Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills required.

• Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and test execution.

• Exhibits problem solving skills and shows flexibility in supporting evolution in process, standards, and strategy.

• Experience working in financial services industry supporting mission critical applications is a big plus.
