Duties/Areas of Responsibility

• Draft and prepare shop drawings of the given structures, components, and devices
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV principles, including ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Review design specifications, measurements, and drawings to participate in the process of solving on-site problems or design changes
• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and components, based on the specifications and calculations (heat load, ESP, Pump friction loss, assist and coordinate with the project team to provide architectural design and technical solutions.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Understand the product requirement and create SOC system level architecture according to the requirement.

· Understand the use case and create system level test plan.

· Define design specification for new hardware modules, together with IC design engineer.

· Work with IC design engineers to resolve the issues during design phase and qualify the design.

Purpose of Position

Principle Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and engineering of all process control systems which may be installed in the plant or externally at customers' site.
• Perform fine-tuning, troubleshooting, modification and programming of the Control System as needed to improve system performance and optimize process operation needs.

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible to ensure that all products, processes, methods and equipment are validated and is the quality representative in Quality improvement projects. He/She handles external customer complaints and change management business processes. The QA Engineer expected to lead and drive cross functional team in day-to-day issues, global bench marking activities, internal process robustness and automations.
