• Possess at least 3 years of relevant VMware experience
• Experience in VMware Horizon and VCentre is required
• Proficiency in troubleshooting VDI performance and connectivity issues.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, and change management.
• ⁠Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for managing service requests and incidents.
• ⁠Strong understanding of VDI components such as connection servers, desktop pools, golden images, and linked clones.
• ⁠Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machine management.
• ⁠
• ⁠Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management in a VDI context.
• ⁠Solid understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.).
• ⁠Knowledge of monitoring tools such as VMware vROps or similar.

• Experience in Powershell Scripting will be an advantage
• Willing to do weekend work on Sat and Sun, once a month on rotational basis.

• To identifying potential customers with planning and organizing sales call schedule by cold calls or given sales leads.
• Prepare and making of product presentation, provide product application support, demonstrate or performing of Installation on the appropriate sales engineering equipment
• Communicate with Suppliers and Singapore Sales team together to drive for achieving sales goal. Selected candidate will be receiving product training.
• Achieve related duties and responsibilities as necessary to support, organize and monitor the success of the sales engineering department and productivity.
• Determines improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering
• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and anticipating future legislation.
• Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
