This role will report to the Performance Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert / Design & Solutions

• Conduct detailed performance analysis of HVAC systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement energy simulation techniques to evaluate system performance.
• Perform energy audits and assess compliance with energy standards and regulations.
• Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for system upgrades or modifications.
• Monitor and analyse HVAC plant energy consumption data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of energy initiatives, including cost savings and performance improvements.
• Analyse chiller data and performance to ensure the reliability and consistent COP (kW/RT)
• Perform overhauling and annual shutdown of various brands of Chillers as part of regular/predictive maintenance and improving chiller efficiency
• Conduct detailed assessment and identify the root cause of poor performance in chillers and suggest potential rectifications to resolve the issue
• Keep Service Sustainability, Customer Support teams and other relevant stakeholders informed on outstanding client issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs
• Stay up to date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and best practices

Projects & Operations

• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct testing and commissioning for projects
• Anticipate issues and prepare mitigation measures as required to achieve goals
• Finetune the bbp installed system without disruptions to clients’ operations
• Perform review/analysis, diagnostics and troubleshooting of any energy performance issues
• Ensure bbp’s energy efficiency system performs to expectations after installation and testing within the project timeline
• Contractor liaison, engagement/provide requirements

Others

• Evaluate / review selection of maintenance / repair subcontractors
• Review testing and certification reports
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with relevant standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with solid knowledge and experience in developing AI/ML systems, to accelerate incubation and delivery of new AI/ML based media and business capabilities.

You will be working with other engineers in the team to research, experiment, and build AL/ML models & algorithms utilizing various of data sources. You will be one of the problem solvers who utilises technology to address complex business needs.

The role reports to the AI Products & Solutions Lead and will work closely with other product teams within the digital department.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable and robust AI/ML systems computing on large volumes of datasets using a variety of open source and proprietary Data Science technologies.
• Implement and integrate system components for service orchestration, scheduling, job status monitoring, model performance monitoring, failure recovery, APIs, and any other components required for a robust and reliable Machine Learning system spanning on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop and implement data processing jobs and pipelines to provide standard, continuous, and scalable data input for future analytics and modelling needs.
• Write and automate unit, functional, integration and performance tests in a Continuous Integration environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high standards of data governance during implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in developing end-to-end AI/ML applications.
• Excellence in algorithms, data structure, discrete math, and distributed computing.
• Full stack experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, and monitoring of AI/ML products (MLOps).
• Experience with basic software development skills, such as agile methodologies, testing, version control, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Programming languages (Python, Java, etc).
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, GPU, TensorFlow, Pytorch & other Opensource AI/ML framework and libraries.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database.
• Experience working in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus.
• Self-directed, ability to work independently and research innovative solutions to technical and business problems.
