YOUR CHALLENGE

• Architect, build and maintain our event driven applications extending GitLab enabling our application teams to efficiently develop, test, deploy and release their software.
• Design, implement and own quality gates to ensure our software meets the expected standards while providing a hasslefree, lean developer experience.
• Closely collaborate with application development teams, providing guidance and support when they onboard to our platform
• Utilize your expertise in cloud to design, implement and optimize cloud-based solutions

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in working with modern CI/CD platform and compliance enforcement (branching strategy, vulnerability management, code quality, etc.) as a developer or administrator.
• Experience in designing and building event driven architecture
• Extensive experience in cloud platforms with focus on Azure
• Hands-on experience in working with Kubernetes
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines or similar, modern CI/CD platforms, enabling you to optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing applications using event driven architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Key Responsibilities

Project

• Design, plan, and manage the testing, commissioning, and supervision of HVAC & Refrigeration projects in accordance with project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, submittals, and re-estimation reports. Ensure thorough project documentation and provide regular updates to management on project status.
• Perform site surveys to determine the placement of pipes, ducts, and control panels, attend site meetings, and ensure adherence to safety regulations while monitoring construction progress.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and governing bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Execute testing, commissioning, and quality assessments to guarantee the functionality, dependability, and safety of HVAC systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain system components.
• Support clients in enhancing energy efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and offering post-installation assistance.
• Create 2D engineering and electrical diagrams using specialized software.
• Control material and labour expenses to align with budget constraints.

Sales

• Analyze market trends, observe competitor activity, and identify emerging market segments and potential customer profiles.
• Engage with customers, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships to drive acquisition and retention.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies, negotiate agreements, and provide technical support both before and after sales.
• Compile comprehensive sales reports and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives.
