Your Impact

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
• T3-technical support role who will be handling escalations from front line and Tier 2 technical support teams within Palo Alto networks
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 4 years of technical support experience in the network security industry
• Experience with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
• Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
• Experience working with multi-factor authentication security system (tokens, certificates, CAC cards, and similar)
• Knowledge of Security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls etc.)
• Ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required
• Ability to communicate fluently, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

• Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.

• Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.

• Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.

• Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.
