Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Channels, Client Lifecycle & Compliance testing across the platform.
• Work with IT Project Manager, System Analyst, Business Analyst, and testing vendor to define and agree on testing strategy, scope and coverage.
• On board new test resources and ensure appropriate planning is done.
• Manage testing vendor team and handle statement of work.
• Support testing team throughout test cases design and execution of test cases.
• Review test scenario and test cases created.
