• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT role, with 1 to 2 years in AI and related fields.
• Recent graduates or candidates with internships/projects in AI/ML are welcome.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or Google AI certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with familiarity in ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Awareness of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience being a plus.
• Knowledge of data processing tools like SQL and familiarity with data preparation techniques for AI/ML models.
• Exposure to ETL pipelines and working with datasets from diverse sources.
• Demonstrated experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong ability to work in a team, learn quickly, and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Problem-Solving: Logical and creative thinking to address challenges in AI implementation.
