Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will engage with internal collaborators and customers and partners to develop technical account plan/strategy and drive sales engagements to technical closure. As a key member of the tech sales team, you will ensure success by capturing customer use cases and designing complex technical solutions on top of Informatica Data Management Cloud. Education/Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data management, MDM, or Data Governance
• 10 years of prior presales/technical sales or consulting experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred

Enterprise Architect, Information Technology

Enterprise Architect plays a critical role in designing and maintaining technology functioning in Income toward transforming digital experience, embedding Income’s services in the ecosystem and the region, and operational efficiency. He/she is responsible to facilitate collaborative solutioning, create and maintain architecture blueprints / standards / guidelines / references for adoption, coordinating with other architects and stakeholders to oversee their effective implementations that is aligned to business strategy and technology direction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant enterprise architecture governance, solution architecture, software design and integration, and/or technology consulting.
• Strong proficiency and knowledge in architecture development, technology delivery and management, cyber security, and technology risk and compliance.
• Deep understanding in technology best practices for cloud, microservices, container platforms, API design and management, and event-driven architecture

We are looking for a techno-functional Payments Solution Architect with prior experience in cash management, transaction banking and payments related large transformation programs in the area of corporate, commercial and Institutional banking environment. 1. Preferred experience in technical support for large campaigns, and global collaboration

2. Preferred experience in large language model or search domains, application and architecture

3. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, operating systems, and networks

4. Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with microservices and common software architecture patterns

5. Capable of systematic problem-solving, excellent in abstracting issues, and possessing good communication skills and responsibility

· Partner with Digital Workspace Solution (DWS) Sales Specialist and Account Team to build pipeline through consultative selling approach, driving net new business opportunities within the existing regional account base as well as supporting client acquisition activities.

· Position and leverage solution portfolio of DWS products and services to gain competitive advantage against competition. Promote services as part of all opportunities where applicable.

· Develop overall solutions including high-level design (e.g.-Whiteboarding), statements of work (SOW), service design, bills of materials (BOM) and direct vendors/ 3rd party to deliver low level design.

· Sizing of professional services, managed services (deployment, migration, implementation, workshops, etc.) by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with delivery engineers, architects, practice leads and other professional and technical personnel (both internal and external).

· Support technical representation in Bid Management and Review process.
