Enterprise Architect plays a critical role in designing and maintaining technology functioning in Income toward transforming digital experience, embedding Income’s services in the ecosystem and the region, and operational efficiency. He/she is responsible to facilitate collaborative solutioning, create and maintain architecture blueprints / standards / guidelines / references for adoption, coordinating with other architects and stakeholders to oversee their effective implementations that is aligned to business strategy and technology direction.

He/she needs to have knowledge and skills in system architecture and solutioning, technology delivery and operations, security, and relevant technological trends. He/she is expected to foster and maintain open and growth mindset, be adaptable, and strive for clarity and collaboration in dynamic and complex environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure technology platforms and solutions adhere to architecture standards for new initiatives and ongoing changes as part of architecture workgroup solution review and change approval for application deployment
• Ensure architecture standards, guidelines, design patterns and reference models are well-defined and socialized for solution community, keeping in line with industry and technology best practices and regulations.
• Ensure regular administration of architecture review and technology governance forums, including proper maintenance of records, facilitation of resolution of feedback, tracking and follow up for effective closure of design gaps and technical debts.
• Promote fit-for-purpose, efficiency and improvements in systems resiliency, flexibility, interoperability, and overall futureproofing of the architecture, including evaluation and introduction of enterprise / shared solutions and regularly review / rationalize existing solutions, collaborating with application teams and business.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprint and roadmap to represent Income’s business and technology strategy, goals, and capabilities required by domain.
• Ensure collaboration to maintain up-to-date architecture and solution artefacts, including but not limited to those related to, application services, technology stack, data, integration, infrastructure / deployment, security and alignment to business.
• Conduct research, curation, and sharing of relevant technological trends / thought leaderships.
• Create and maintain communication materials for stakeholders, technology forums, and community engagements.
• Collaborate and contribute to tactical design solutions, troubleshooting, and corrective measures to address systems’ gaps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant enterprise architecture governance, solution architecture, software design and integration, and/or technology consulting.
• Strong proficiency and knowledge in architecture development, technology delivery and management, cyber security, and technology risk and compliance.
• Deep understanding in technology best practices for cloud, microservices, container platforms, API design and management, and event-driven architecture
• Deep understanding in technology stack, including enterprise Java and spring boot, front-end technologies and framework (such as ReactJS), mobile application development, middleware and integration technologies, databases, security solutions, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud)
• Strong proficiency and knowledge in either or combination of the following areas:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Proactive and effective team player, with strong communication skills, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

As a Mechanical Architect you will be the driving force for the development of high-tech, highly complex systems for professional mechatronic equipment, and enable optimal functionality and cost effective engineering of those systems. Starting during the pre-concept phase, you act as a counterpart for the Project Manager within T&D for scoping the project and challenging our customer. While going through the different design phases, you will be the driving force who challenges the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the proposed design solutions, bringing together the multidisciplinary team on a technical level while acting as a technical counterpart on system level with our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Quotation Phase: create a plan with scope, cost and lead time estimation together with the project team and the customer.
• Feasibility phase: consolidate customer requirement specifications into an investigation of the feasibility of (mechanical) concepts.

17. The Onshore Software Architect proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3

years of experience as a Software Architect or equivalent position and the

following experiences and qualifications:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information

Technology or equivalent would be preferred;

b) Relevant recognition and/or certification of his/her competency as an

Architect;

Responsibilities:

• Based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team, develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap.
• Develop or review system project management plans, supervise project progress status and identify risks, ensure that HR Operation system projects are successfully delivered.
• Cooperate with Global Operation Improvement process experts and front-line operation teams to analyze business requirements and evaluate system solutions, ensure that the HR Operation system project is launched, and accepted by front-line operation colleagues.
• Based on the seven main processes of HR Operations: onboarding, offboarding, transfer, dispatch, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employee helpdesk, drive the direction of system iteration to ensure that the system and process can serve HR operation business operation in the long run.
• Continuously improve the HR Operation system request management and system project management mechanism to ensure that the mechanism is effectively implemented and the demand is delivered with high quality and efficiency;
• Cooperate with four regional Operation Improvement teams worldwide to continuously improve the regional demand analysis and reporting capabilities, and improve the quality of regional system requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, computer science, information management, or related fields.
• Project Experiences in system implementation and HR business processes for large groups or internet companies
• Strong ability to understand and analyze requirements, systematic and structured logical thinking ability.
• Has deep insight into business, highly sensitive to data, able to handle complex business models and independently complete configurations.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills; strong learning ability, self-motivation and stress resistance; possess high execution ability and a down-to-earth work spirit.

Preferred Qualification:

• Candidates with experience in implementing large-scale system projects such as SAP and Workday are preferred; English can be used as a working language, and those with experience in implementing overseas HR system projects are preferred

1. Leadership and Ownership

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related discussion, providing leadership throughout all project phases (Foundation, Build, UT, Testing[SIT & UAT],Data migration and Deployment[Go live and Hypercare]).

- Collaborate with Project stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives and project goals which include both client and Capgemini team.

- Act as a bridge between onshore stakeholders and the offshore team, ensuring seamless communication and task execution.

- Define Salesforce scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain Implementation plans, tracking progress and identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

- Adherence to project budgets & timelines, and quality standards of all project deliverables.

- Conduct regular status meetings(Daily, weekly, monthly) and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and leadership based on meeting requirements.

2. Technical Leadership

- Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and technical feasibility.

- Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce, including workflows, data models, custom objects, and Lightning components.

- Ensure integrations with third-party systems are developed and maintained efficiently.

- Provide guidance and expertise on Salesforce releases, updates, and new features.

3. Functional Expertise

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and recommend Salesforce functionalities to meet these needs.

- Develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution capabilities.

- Perform gap analysis and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

4. Project Deliverables(Documentation)

- Create and maintain detailed project deliverables, including:

- Solution design documents(Business Blueprint document, High level solution, Low level Solution design)

- Functional and technical specifications

- Deployment plans and post-deployment support documentation

- Ensure all documentation is maintained in a centralized repository and kept up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Offshore Team Management

- Manage and coordinate the offshore team, ensuring efficient task allocation and monitoring progress.

- Foster collaboration between onshore and offshore teams through regular communication, including stand-ups and sync-up calls.

- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback to offshore resources.

- Address any challenges faced by offshore resources, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

6. Risk and Issue Management

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- Monitor and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

- Communicate risks and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.

7. Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the single point of contact for all Salesforce-related matters across teams and stakeholders.

- Conduct regular updates, presentations, and workshops to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

- Handle escalations efficiently, ensuring stakeholder confidence and satisfaction.

8. Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to incorporate into ongoing and future projects.

- Conduct retrospectives to identify lessons learned and improve processes for future projects.

- Recommend process optimizations and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

9. Project Phase Responsibilities

a. Build Phase

- Lead the development of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Ensure the development team adheres to technical designs and coding standards.

- Lead the Salesforce Environment readiness for development with dev team

- Oversee the creation/development and reusability of all Saleforce Components, for example(not exhaustive): (i) Custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows. (ii) Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs. (iii) Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages. (iv) Data models and security models (profiles, roles, permission sets).(v) APIs and integrations with third-party systems. (vi) Custom Metadata (vii) Salesforce built to meet the customer environment standards and within the Salesforce Governance limit.

- Review and approve technical deliverables, including code, configurations, and integrations.

- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and scalability of solutions.

- Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept for complex features or functionality.

- Provide technical guidance to the team for resolving blockers and addressing challenges.

- Ensure alignment of the build phase deliverables with the functional requirements and solution design.

b. Quality Assurance and Testing phase

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies with testing team for SIT, and UAT phases.

- Oversee and validate unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.

- Address and resolve issues identified during testing phases efficiently.

c. Data Migration and Management

- Develop comprehensive migration strategies with Migration team, including planning, mapping, and execution for Salesforce

- oversee the Data migration activities for Salesforce with Data migration SME for following:

- Assess and analyze legacy data to ensure data integrity and consistency before migration.

- Utilize Salesforce tools like Data Loader or external ETL tools for data migration activities.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation during the migration process.

- Ensure accurate migration of all required data elements, including standard and custom objects.

- Identify and resolve migration-related issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

- Document the migration process and create backup plans to ensure minimal disruption.

d. Deployment and Go-Live Support

- Lead deployment activities, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production environments.

- Develop and execute cutover plans and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

- Provide post-go-live support and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Key Skills:

1. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.

2. Proficient in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models, security models, workflows, custom objects, and integrations 3. Deep understanding and proven experience in integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP systems for master data and transactional data synchronization.
