Job Responsibilities

• Assist QP in carrying out supervision for Architectural works and related works.
• Manage the Project in the aspects of progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc.
• Assist Client / Consultants in monitoring and coordination of Architectural works to facilitate project completion, regulatory inspections, and handover.
• Report critical and/or major issues to Client / Consultants and provide recommendations.
• Liaise and coordinate with Client / Consultants to resolve on-site technical issues.
• Manage a team of site staff and lead the supervision of architectural works.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a University recognized by Board of Architects, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural details, drawings and local construction practices.
• Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E shop drawings.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

You will be part of a dynamic team to formulate a multi-disciplinary master plan of Port Terminal projects. Your main responsibilities include:

• plan, design, implement and manage projects in port infrastructure and buildings
• work with internal stakeholders and external agencies from project conceptualisation to completion
• design green buildings with consideration for climate and ecology
• drive the implementation of BIM/Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) digital solutions within the company
• lead and develop a team of BIM drafters

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Architecture
• Competent in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp and other BIM tools
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience in planning and BIM modelling
• Knowledge of Singapore Green Mark and the Corenet eSubmission System will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Design Technology and Application architecture
• Participate in the technical selection, architecture construction and architecture design of the company's core system to make the system systematic and technologically forward-looking
• Interface and coordinate tasks with Module Leaders to ensure all modules within the system are progressing as planned, and modules can be integrated smoothly
• Reconstruct and optimize the existing technical architecture;
• In-depth exploration and analysis of business requirements, writing technical solutions and system design
• Responsible for the pre-research and tackling of technical problems
• Solve the key architecture problems in the system, and be responsible for the stability of the system;
• Provide guidance and training to development engineer & sandardize the development process

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

As a Solutions Architect, you will work with customers and other customer-facing roles to help design and optimize customers' use of Google Cloud to address their business problems. We scale our knowledge and learnings from working on customer problems by creating solutions, blueprints, and public strengths. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide subject matter expertise around technical infrastructure and applications.

• Travel regularly up to 30% in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in cloud computing (e.g., infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data), cloud market, competitive dynamics, and customer buying behavior
• Experience in Data analytics and Vertex AI within a cloud based environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent work experience in a software/systems engineering or lead position
• Experience working with a variety of technology systems, designing solutions, or developing business applications
• Experience with Kafka, MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, Hive, Presto, SparkSQL, BigQuery, and/or Dataflow/Beam
• Understanding of data and information management as it relates to Big Data or Streaming Data Pipeline
• Ability to translate/communicate complex technical concepts in an approachable way for broad audiences, empowering them with memorable and useful information

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
