The Role

Senior Sales - IT Infrastructure and Solution will be responsible for the Sales Target planning, Revenue and billing management, Cash Collection, Profit targets, Delivery and Sales cycle management of large of IT Services Solutions and Projects. These large solutions projects are typically the ones that enable customer-facing IT departments to help grow and facilitate their own businesses.

The Senior Manager will lead a team of 5-6 Sales executive and will be responsible for the Target of about 20-25 million Revenue per annum in the Government and Commercial sector

The Senior Manager should be well versed to do Senior Sales, AI/Software based solution sales, Large Government Tenders and manage the full cycle of sales

He or she will also be responsible for the Profit and loss of the business unit and will lead the Sales, Product and strategy and the whole business unit including vendor management

The Senior Manager will also have a dotted line control on project and delivery managers

Additional Responsibilities

Position Summary / Project Description

The candidate will work closely with MOH stakeholders to develop and maintain MOH technology roadmaps, align workplan demands with Synapxe overall technology roadmaps.

Reports to Director (National Architecture Division) and support the respective Asst Directors; and candidate is also responsible to maintain Enterprise Architecture programmes – architecture blueprints, coordinating across the divisions in MOH and communicating EA framework.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Support the maintenance and management of MOH technology roadmaps and IT masterplan
2. Manage and coordinate requests/queries arising from annual workplan and quarterly business planning activities between CIOs and MOH divisions.
3. Coordinate MOH and Synapxe related activities and asks (in relation to IT technology roadmap / workplanning demands)
4. Align entity demand-workplans with MOH overall technology roadmap and entity’s IT masterplan
5. Coordinate with Entities CIO Office, Master Planning Office, Tech Planning, Workforce Planning, Synapxe delivery teams to ensure integration and coordination on all aspects of planning
6. Maintain oversight of demand - workplan conversion and coordinate with Synapxe delivery team to ensure estimations and resource commitments are aligned to planned dates of workplans

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

The End User Computing (EUC) team in SIA provides IT services for all SIA Group employees in Singapore and Overseas. Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise authentication system with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).

•Evaluate and assess various solutions available in the market and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) to determine the best fit for the organization.

•Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and improve authentication mechanisms.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall security strategy.

•Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan to transition users to the new MFA solution.
