Responsibilities:

On behalf of one of its clients, an Insights & Strategy Consultancy, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Finance & Administrative Manager (part-time role)

Our client is a leading subscription-based platform offering insights and data subscriptions to leading luxury brands across different luxury verticals, looking to gain affluent consumers’ market share.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• assist the senior manager

• Take on the financials and consolidation of accounts

• Experienced with cross border legal and financial tax frameworks

• Administer employee leave and other benefits

• Handle performance management and onboarding new staff

• provide support on the company’s overseas branches operational matters

- preparation of invoices, sales contracts, monthly financial reports, Profitability & Cash flow reports

- implementing and developing good HR practices, policies and desired work culture and ensure that they are aligned with Company's objectives

- Handle company travel arrangements and expatriate and management administration issues

- handling of general office administration including flight reservation, stationery, housekeeping issues, etc.

- Submitting quarterly government statistics surveys

• keen eye to go through company onboarding process with new clients and handle all paperwork

• able to review and handle vendor and partner legal requirements

• manage vendor relationships and communication

• able to review legal documents, partner and client agreements and provide recommendations

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Business or equivalent

Persons taking up LCCI or ACCA with relevant work experiences can apply

• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience with Agency

• Experience with accounting software like Quickbooks,

• Good knowledge and interpretation of the Employment Act and sales contracts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications

• able to work well in remote manner

Responsibilities:

-Manage 6 outlets day to day operation and sales

-Able to manage, coach and motivate sales and therapist team to achieve target and KPI

-Manage and make sure customers satisfaction are meet

-Manage customer complaints

-Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback

-Outlet administration duty

-Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

-Experienced in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service and Administrative duties

-Excellent customer service with good communication & Interpersonal skills

-Responsible, Positive work attitude and with good Initiative

-Prefer applicants with relevant experience in the Beauty Industry

-Able to work retail hour

An example of responsibilities include:

• Leading by examples in restaurant service, serving as a role model and ambassador of Texas BBQ and warm hospitality and guest interaction
• Team scheduling and efficient labour allocation/payroll cost control
• Management of manpower needs, including independent sourcing and attraction of high quality front of house talent, with excellent training to ensure quality and consistency of the Decker style of service.
• Regular in-house trainings to improve hospitality and knowledge skills of our team
• Ensuring quality and inventory of our beverage selection with regular updates to menu reflecting sales and popularity through menu engineering reports - a good knowledge of beer and craft beer is necessary.
• Responsibility for beverage cost management, with accurate inventory management.
• Team culture management: tracking team milestones, birthdays and organizing team bonding outings in line with budgets
• Daily revenue reporting tracking sales and performance of business
• Client review management: tracking feedback and areas for improvement pro-actively, responding to all reviews through email, Google, Facebook, etc.
