   Prepare and submit operational reports to the Outlet Manager.
   Implement and monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.

Efficient and effective management of design development, co-ordination, approval and issue for construction.

4) Client Management & Coordination

Job Description:

• Preparing contracts for external stakeholders (including maintenance contracts).
• Preparing budget for the medical centre.
• Preparing presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. Finance, HR, IT Departments.
• Liaising with external stakeholders e.g. contractors, vendors, hospitals, dormitories, government agencies and landlord.
• Participate in procuring various services for the medical centre.
• Regularly processing and reviewing invoices, outsourced services and centre's licenses.
• Data entry and consolidation.
• Prepare and coordinate licensing and audits (Ministry of Health, National Environment Agency and Ministry of Manpower).
• Reporting officer of admin and operations team, overall in charge of rostering, staff development and appraisals.
• Liaison person for research projects.
• Preparing monthly workload statistics / dental reports.
• Overseeing Primary Care Plan (PCP) onboarding and off-boarding.
• Preparing and coordinating reports to Migrantwell Singapore.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managerial level, preferably operations experience in healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all departments.
• Strong leader with tested ability to manage, motivate and coach teams.
• Enjoys challenges and able to work with tight timelines when needed.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Able to work in collaboration with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team.
