RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Manager, Plans & Development is responsible for the sensing making of MINDS' strategic and operational environment. S/He plans, implements and reviews MINDS' medium to long term plans & initiatives. S/He is also conscientious in ascertaining and assessing relevant strategic and operational matters that might impact MINDS' business model, modus operandi and strategies, Mission and Vision.

S/He is required to conduct strategic reviews/analysis, study into areas of organisation development, and think tank pieces that will help to reframe and transform the organisation for the future.

S/He may work in various settings within MINDS that pertain directly or indirectly to the organisation's strategic and management planning processes.
