About the Role

This role will be responsible for providing assistance to the Client Events Manager to run successful events programs across the region, while working with key stakeholders to define event objectives and thoughtfully design events accordingly, measuring success following the event against outlined objectives and providing recommendations to extend the life-cycle of the event, and capture additional return on investment. This role will be located in either our Hong Kong or Singapore office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

• Providing assistance to the Client Events Manager on the organization of events (corporate, hospitality, and seminars) to initially plan, project manage, and attend events onsite
• Proactively coordinating various aspects of the event lifecycle, including planning meetings, checklists, budgets, expense processing, vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, data management, and post-event analysis
• Curating targeted invitation lists for each event, working closely with stakeholders and e-marketing team
• Drafting event communications and collateral that align with firm branding
• Continuously staying abreast of event best practices as well as market and industry trends

Job Description
The role is responsible for the liaison for Trade Finance matters between RM/ARMs and HO GTS Ops, as well as backup for Trade Finance related processing.

• Review and update GTS guidelines and procedures, working with business, HO GTS and Compliance to support the Trade Finance new business.
• Support Trade Finance on any new products, ensuring Operational procedures are in order.
• Review and update guidelines and procedures
• Liaison between RM/ARMs and HO Ops for any issues escalation
• Review and suggest process improvements and system enhancements
• Backup for Trade Finance processing
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, Trade Finance

JOB SCOPE

You will be part of the Global Procurement Function – Sourcing Excellence Team.

The Sourcing Excellence Team is responsible for:

- developing and implementing the Strategic Sourcing and Sustainability related initiatives applied to our global Supply Chain;

- setting and leading Risk Management practices end-to-end;

- identifying and developing processes, procedures and best practices aimed to boost the Global Purchasing Function results and capabilities;

- driving the desired Digital Transformation of the Global Purchasing Function.

As a member of this team, this position will be:

- focused on managing social, governance and environmental responsibility findings with Natural Rubber Suppliers all along the Supply Chain;

- pivotal to set and execute the Natural Rubber Sustainability Strategy, Sourcing Transformation Initiatives, natural rubber-related Sustainability and Risk Management practices and metrics aligned with Pirelli Sustainability Policies and Roadmap as well as the evolving needs of the business, regulatory context and the key internal and external stakeholders;

- playing a key role in representing Pirelli in the sustainable natural rubber-related forums and associations.

This role will be based in Singapore

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive the Natural Rubber Sustainability Strategy definition and execution;

· Define and manage the best suited metrics and governance to assess the ESG performances, risks and opportunities out of Pirelli Natural Rubber Suppliers and Supply Chains;

· Contribute to ESG Risk Management and Due Diligence procedure continuous improvement and deployment;

· Lead the implementation of focused improvement programs that support Suppliers’ sustainable growth and grant compliance to the relevant regulations and laws;

· Engage with Raw Materials Procurement, Legal, Sustainability, Compliance and other cross-functional teams to set the Natural Rubber-related ESG goals and priorities;

· Promote and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders (including but not limited to GPSNR, ETRMA, National Associations of Natural Rubber);

· Foster a culture of sustainability and contribute to internal and external reporting and communications.

QUALIFICATION & BACKGROUND

· At least a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business management or engineering;

· 5 to 8 years’ work experience in sustainability and/or procurement roles in international/complex organizations;

· At least 2 years of subject matter experience in the natural rubber business (or similar industries) and expertise in social compliance, human rights and labor conditions, environmental and health and safety;

· Strong strategic vision and entrepreneurial mindset combined with both analytical skills and project management experience;

· Strong internal and external stakeholder management and ability to interact proficiently with all levels of the key functional stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Sustainability, Compliance, …);

· Ability to make sound decisions in complex situations as well as to work effectively under pressure;

· Strong sense of diplomacy;

· Effective written and oral communication;

· Fluency in English;

· Willingness and ability to travel as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To support outdoor broadcast operation on the requirement of power services and the deployment of electrical facility.

Responsibilities

• Advise the team on electrical practises and safe measure in broadcast deployment.
• Assist the TP in his execution of role and to support media playback in production.
• Risk assessment and contingency plan.
• Organize and pre-plan on power requirement in OB operation.
• Field recce and deployment of electrical requirements on the ground of operation.
• Setup of distribution requirement and cabling work for outdoor broadcast.
• To service and monitor power utilities to ensure reliable operation.
• To support the TP in other areas of production e.g., media playback, vision operation when available.
• Preventive maintenance, check, and repair of OB electrical gear.
• Workplace safety & health practices.
• Keep abreast with the technology movement where applicable.

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or Diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in power requirement on OB operations, suitcase setup and OB truck deployment.
• Familiar in OB visual operations, assist in media playback function and technical setup.
